Abstract

Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is a valuable resource with numerous health benefits for humans. Reishi mushrooms contain precious bioactive compounds, including Polysaccharides, triterpenoids, peptides and other antioxidants, with Polysaccharides being the primary component that contributes to the value of the mushroom. The research results have developed regression equations: Ar = 19.0812 - 0.3985.t - 0.070625.P + 0.0027.t2 + 0.000916667.t.P + 0.0000944444.P2, dE = 206.187 - 7.00175.t - 0.124167.P – 49.9938.A + 0.0718.t2 + 0.000902778.P2 + 73.625.A2,  %PA = -333.654 + 16.7157.T + 0.323173.P – 0.168985.T2 - 0.00145791.P2 and determined the optimal parameter settings: t = 49.9oC, P =103.6 W, A = 0.33 with Ar = 4.35 kWh/kg, %PA = 97.5% and dE = 23.93.
