Abstract

The fish-vegetable system (aquaponics) is a solution to help produce safe vegetables, save nutrients and irrigation water. A one-factor experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block (RCBD) design with 3 different treatments (control sprayed with water; sprayed with organic Soymic V and sprayed with organic nutrient solution Super Hume) with the recommended concentration for leafy vegetables of 1%) with 3 replications to evaluate the effects of spray foliar organic nutrient solutions on growth, physiology, yield and quality of lettuce in the conditions of autumn and winter crops in 2022 in Lao Cai province. Research results showed that spraying foliar organic nutrient solution for lettuce significantly increased the growth, physiological and yield characteristics  compared to the control treatments sprayed with water. In the aquaponics system, adding Soymic V foliar organic nutrient solution gave the growth, physiology and yield indicators of lettuce significantly highest compared to the other treatments. Adding foliar organic nutrient solution Soymic V increased the net yield of lettuce by 38.16% and 11.25% in the autumn and winter crops in 2022, respectively, compared to the control sprayed with water. Therefore, growing lettuce in the aquapoincs system should be added foliar organic nutrient solution Soymic V.
